Macsome Inc. offers a detailed description of its product page. Therefore, it is assumed that the buyer has reviewed the product of choice, has requested a demonstration of the product. Besides, Macsome Inc. offers free trial version of all the programs for users. Before purchase, please download the trial version to test whether it is compatible with your computer system and meets your needs of download.

With the operating system upgrades or other reasons, you might have problems while using programs. If the problems can't be solved, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

No Refunds

We do not accept the refund requests or products exchange in these cases:
  • A refund request for no reason.
  • You changed your mind after placing a payment.
  • You purchased the so-called "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from other companies.
  • You requested a refund for technical issues but never asked for any assistance from our support team with any detailed descriptions of the problem.
  • A refund request due to your lack of understanding or misunderstanding of our product functionality and compatibility because you didn't read the product description carefully before purchasing.
  • You requested a refund but the order has already exceeded the refund period.
  • You cancelled the Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon or Audible subscription.
  • You failed to receive the registration code for the product but didn't ask for assistance from Macsome support team.

  • Refunds Permitted

    We accept refunds in these cases:
    • You purchased a wrong product, and then purchased the right product within the refund period. We can refund you for the wrong product. But if the two products are irrelevant, we do not approve the refund.
    • You paid twice for the same product accidentally. We can refund the duplicated purchase to you.
    • Macsome Inc. has fatal technical problems that our technical support team can't provide a fix the refund period.
    • You've been charged again by forgetting to cancel the auto-renewal, and contact us before the refund date.

    Once the order is canceled, please uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

    • We offer a refund within 2 days of your purchase for Macsome Music One, Macsome Spotify Downloader, YouTube Music Downloader, Pandora Music Downloader, Deezer Music Converter, Tidal Music Downloader, Amazon Music Downloader, Audiobook Converter, and Macsome iTunes Converter (1-Month & 12-Month Plan).
