What's the differences between Spotify Audio Converter Platinum and other Spotify converter tools?

I have received the code. How to register it?

1: Run the program and click the top-right "Menu" button and choose "Register" in the drop-down list, you will get the registration window. Copy and paste the registration Email and Code into the registration popup dialog.

2: Fill the two blanks with your registration Email and product code you have received from the email. Then click OK.

What can I do if I get the message "Invalid Code" when trying to register?

1: First please make sure that you have downloaded the right program.

2: The registration code is case sensitive. And, please do not add blank at the beginning or the end of the word. You can also copy and paste the Email address and Code into the registration popup dialog.

3: If you are sure that you are running the right program and following the direction but still get the error message, please contact our support team for help.

Why can I only convert the first 3 minutes of each audio?

It's the limitation of trial version. After you have bought a single user license, we'll send you a key / code to unlock the limitation.

What kinds of music format the program supports? What output format can it export?

Now, Spotify Audio Converter Platinum is specially designed for converting Music from Spotify to MP3, AAC, WAV or FLAC format.

Can I convert the entire playlist from Spotify?

Of course, you can. It supports converting the entire playlist by dragging and dropping the playlist from Spotify to the program.

Tips: If you want to convert a playlist with more than 200 songs, we suggest you should open the playlist on Spotify, select all files in the playlist and drag & drop them to the program for converting.

How to submit feedback through the program?

Now, users can submit their feedback through the program by clicking the menu button and choose "Feedback" in the drop-down list.

The output audio quality is unsatisfied, how to improve the output quality?

Please set the output format as MP3, bitrate as 256kbps and slow down the converting speed to have a try. To customize output settings, please open program preferences by clicking Menu Bar > Spotify Audio Converter Platinum > Preferences or directly clicking the Setting Button on the main interface. Then, set "MP3" as output format, "Medium (256kbps)" as output quality and "5x" or lower as convert speed in the pop-up window.

Solutions to Error 1001, 1002 and 1004

Note: If multiple devices are logged into the same Spotify account, please make sure you are selecting "This Computer" to play the audio on Spotify when downloading Spotify music with the program.

1. Error Code 1001

Cause: Fail to play Spotify music when converting Spotify music.

Solution: Please refer to our Solutions of Error 1001.

2. Error Code 1002 (Error 1007 or Error 1008)

Cause: Can't play the current music on Spotify

Solution: Please refer to our Solutions of Error 1002.

Tip: If you were manually launching Spotify App, please re-launch the Spotify Audio Converter Platinum program for a try.

3. Error Code 1004

Causes: Can't play current music on Spotify; Spotify crashes after clicking "Convert" button

Solution 1: Please re-convert the music or adjust some settings on Spotify by referring to Solutions of Error 1004.

Solution 2: If your Spotify crashes after clicking "Convert" button, you can switch to "Intelligent Mode" or "YouTube Download" mode to take a try.

Related Tips:

  • Make sure your network is stable;
  • Please check whether there are other people use the same Spotify account.
  • Please make sure you are selecting "This Computer" to play the audio on Spotify when using the program to download Spotify music.
  • Please retry to convert.

Which Windows OS are you using? 32 bits or 64 bits?

What is the output format you choose?

Please send us the two log files. You can find it by going to the program, Menu > Open Log File. It is called log.txt and record.log.
