I have received the code. How to register it?

1: Run it and click "Spotify Audio Converter Platinum > Registration" on the upper left or directly click the "unregistered" icon from the user interface to register your program.

What can I do if I get the message "Invalid Code" when trying to register?

1: First please make sure that you have downloaded the right program.

2: The registration code is case sensitive. And, please do not add blank at the beginning or the end of the word. You can also copy and paste the Email address and Code into the registration popup dialog.

3: If you are sure that you are running the right program and following the direction but still get the error message, please contact our support team for help.

What kinds of music format the program supports? What output format can it export?

Can I convert the entire playlist from Spotify?

Of course, you can. It supports converting the entire playlist by dragging and dropping the playlist from Spotify to the program.

Tips: If you want to convert a playlist with more than 100 songs, we suggest you should open the playlist on Spotify, select all files in the playlist and drag & drop them to the program for converting.

How to submit feedback through the program?

Now, users can submit their feedback through the program by clicking the menu button and choose "Feedback" in the drop-down list.

The output audio quality is unsatisfied, how to improve the output quality?

Please set the output format as MP3, bitrate as 256kbps and slow down the converting speed to have a try. To customize output settings, please open program preferences by clicking Menu Bar > Spotify Audio Converter Platinum > Preferences or directly clicking the Setting Button on the main interface. Then, set "MP3" as output format, "Medium (256kbps)" as output quality and "5x" or lower as convert speed in the pop-up window.

Can I automatically store the output audio into Artist / Album folders?

Yes, you can. Just before converting, please check the box of the "Keep output folder organized" on the setting window.

The output audio quality is unsatisfied, how to solve it?

If the output audio quality is unsatisfied, please make sure your network is stable and re-convert the music.

How to find the two log files of the program?

Just find the menu button on the upper right corner and click on File > Show Log File, A window which contains the log files would pop up. They are Spotify.log and Application.log.
