What's the differences between iTunes Video Converter and other video converter tools?

I have received the code. How to register it?

1: Run the program and click the top-right "Menu" button and choose "Register" in the drop-down list, you will get the registration window. Copy and paste the registration Email and Code into the registration popup dialog.

2: Fill the two blanks with your registration Email and product key you have received from the email. Then click OK.

What can I do if I get the message "Invalid Code" when trying to register?

1: First please make sure that you have downloaded the right program.

2: The registration code is case sensitive. And, please do not add blank at the beginning or the end of the word. You can also copy and paste the Email address and Code into the registration popup dialog.

3: If you are sure that you are running the right program and following the direction but still get the error message, please contact our support team for help.

Why can I only convert the first one minute of each audio?

It's the limitation of trial version. After you have bought a single user license, we'll send you a key / code to unlock the limitation.

What formats and files does it support converting?

M4V (iTunes Purchases and Rentals protected by DRM).

What output formats does it support?

What should I do if iTunes crashes?

There are many reasons to cause iTunes to crash.

For Mac users: The most common one is that you may installed a plug-in called TuneUp on your Mac. To fix this problem, please simply uninstall it before you using the program. But if you don't have such plug-in and don't touch iTunes during the conversion, but iTunes still crashes, please send iTunes crash report together with the log file of iTunes Video Converter to us via email.

For Windows users: The most common one is that iTunes may be also used by other programs besides iTunes Video Converter, or you operated the iTunes during conversion. So if you met this problem, please firstly close those programs which are lauched in background.

After loading iTunes movie, it stayed in wait or error?

Before converting, make sure your Mac / Windows computer is well authorized with the same Apple ID that you used when downloading the iTunes movies.

For the error, please check if your file name contains certain special letter which may also caused the problem. If that's the case, please rename file with english alphabet and see if it can solve your problem. If problem persists, please contact us for more support.

Why can't I find and convert my iTunes rentals any more?

For the error, please make sure you have downloaded the rented video to your computer and it's in valid period, hasn't expired. Please download the rental to your computer by clicking the "cloud" icon in the bottom left corner of the movie icon.

What can I do if there's no rental list on the latest version of iTunes Video Converter?

Please try to copy your rental files to your desktop and then drag and drop the copy to iTunes Video Converter for converting.
